Operations Manager Based Gaydon (Warwickshire near Oxfordshire Border) Competitive Salary - multi disciplined automotive leader to work with house hold names.

You must have experience of managing supply chain, warehouse, parts, project management, production within an automotive manufacturing business.

This is an exciting role to manage a profitable and multi disciplined production plant. You will be a motivational and inspirational manager with an automotive background.

You must have a proven track record in achieving goals, producing strategic plans and objectives covering all operational areas within a large business with multi sites. You will have previously managed and worked in Materials Planning, Automotive Production, Maintenance within Manufacturing, as well as supply chain, quality, warehouse and logistics.

You will have a background working within a large automotive supplier's body shop, repair shop, or perhaps fabrications,production, or moulding. Dimensions This role will be accountable for the production and manufacturing plant and responsible for the business strategy, quality control, deliverables, cost control and managing budgets to a target.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone that is strategic yet hands on and who has perhaps been a plant manager, general manager, or operations manager, production manager within the automotive industry.

You will have experience of continuous improvements as well as quality control within the above remits You will be an effective leader, with gravitas, self discipline and first rate communication skills both written and verbal - you will be able to deliver presentations effortlessly to internal and external customers and be extremely proficient on IT software eg Microsoft Office , PowerPoint , excel etc

Price / Salary: £60000 - £80000/annum
