I'm recruiting for a fantastic company based in Manchester who are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join them in their fun, vibrant and lucrative contact centre.

Duties to include:

* Manage a full range of customer queries using professional skills
* Actively listen to ensure the customer's situation and expectations are delivered upon
* You will ensure all relevant customer documents are received in a timely manner and are then validated against the application requirements.
* Ensure an exceptional service is delivered at all times to customers
* Quickly assess the needs of the customer in the first initial point of contact - First Call Resolution
* Ensure customer engagement throughout

Experience / Skills

* Experience of at least 6 months within a contact centre
* A strong customer focused approach
* Can Do / Never give up attitude
* Experience of working towards targets and KPI's
* Tenacity to achieve results
