Our Risk & Compliance function is continually evolving and we now have an opportunity for a Compliance Assistant to help enhance and improve our Risk & Compliance functions capabilities. We are looking for an individual with the ability to provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Risk and Compliance Management team, and to assist with key elements of our reporting, monitoring and incident management framework.

We act as a pre-regulator, providing assurance through impartial monitoring/financial crime/conduct risk/ data protection and information security investigation activities to identify and prevent unethical, illegal or improper conduct within our organisation that would impact on customer and business.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Central Compliance Manager; you will have the opportunity to gather experience in many different areas of Risk and Compliance by gathering data in order to compile monthly and quarterly Compliance management and committee reports, assisting with incident management and monitoring of adherence levels to policy and procedure. You will also help to encourage a positive risk and compliance culture within the business by answering compliance related calls and emails and you will provide administrative support for a wide variety of Risk and Compliance activities.

**Who were looking for**
We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude who has a friendly and approachable personality. You will be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint), with good verbal and written communication skills - and will be able to work on your own initiative. You will have good time management and organisation skills and have excellent attention to detail - ideally you will have some customer service and reporting experience gained within a financial services regulated environment.

Price / Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 pa + Benefits
