A leading residential developer is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to over see the finishing for luxury homes and apartments.

My client has a beautiful flagship scheme based in Berkshire and have an already successful team. Now they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager who can oversee the finishing of high end luxury homes and apartments and take the plots from second fix to completion.

You will ideally come from a house builder or mixed use scheme background, with longevity in your current employer.

In return my client is paying an attractive salary plus package of above £38,000 per annum.
