Sales & Service Adviser
Were looking for a great "all-rounder" who can provide excellent levels of customer service, sales and first class levels of administration in a busy office in Coventry.
Youll be the first person that our clients prospects and customers talk to on the telephone providing them with excellent levels of customer service. You will also be responsible for handling inbound enquiries for our clients open courses and also the end to end management of them - processing booking forms, sending joining instructions, managing the course schedule etc
Were a growing sales and management training company and are looking for a positive, can-do person to help us drive the business forward.
Examples of the type of work:
1. Answering incoming calls from prospects, clients and suppliers. Managing their first experience
2. Providing callers with information on our courses and if they are right for the caller
3. Making customer service calls to previous clients to gauge their reaction to the training
4. Adding training leads & customers to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System
5. Maintaining trainer calendars & booking in materials for printing, collating and distribution
6. Managing programme schedules and clients to ensure their programmes run smoothly
7. Make outbound sales and service calls to existing and new clients
8. Adding course bookings onto our invoice system
9. Organise courses, arrange lunches, logistics and materials
10. Preparing and sending out confirmation of training terms to trainers and customers
11. Liaising, via telephone and email with training venues/hotels
12. Booking hotel accommodation and flights for trainers
13. Performing any other administration/operational tasks associated with the day-to-day running of the business to include sales, marketing and finance
Person and skills required:

· Excellent MS Office skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Customer service and sales skills
· Ability to communicate at all levels
· Previous experience within a similar role is essential
· A team player
· Self-motivated
· Ability to promote and encourage a pro-active professional team environment
Contract:
Initially 12 months to cover maternity but candidate impresses we will keep on
Hours:
8:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday or 9:00 - 17:30
Immediate start.
Salary:
£16,000 - £17,500pa + 22 days holiday
Bonus:
Additional monthly bonus based on performance. Average bonus in the last 4 months has been £500 per month
