A 60-bedded spacious home situated in Watlington, Oxfordshire providing nursing, palliative, intermediate and respite care for elderly residents. A visit to the on-site hairdresser, a spot of light gardening or enjoying the peace of the orangery are just some way the residents can choose to spend their time.

Duties/Responsibilities: -

Take responsibility for medication administration and management

Ensure that all residents have full risk assessments and person-centred care plans in place and that these are regularly reviewed and updated

Supervise and train junior staff and act as a mentor to new staff members

*
Promote resident independence and respect their dignity and choices

* Act as Nurse in Charge and be responsible in the absence of the manager
