Health and Safety - The candidate should be familiar with Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.
Quality - Is key to retaining and bringing new business in therefore the candidate will be competent in carrying out the required Quality checks along with recording the results in line with ISO9001 : 15 traceability, must have a good eye for detail.
Production Meets daily required efficiency targets.

Manual aspects of the role will include the following:
Loading Components and plate and components into the machines so a degree of manual handling awareness is required.
Completing paperwork and associated quality checks, PC literate use of SAP is part of the role, the operator will be able to work alone or as part of a team with good communication skills.
Able to carry out basic planned maintenance with the ability to fault find and correct the issue, a good solid mechanical background would be a distinct advantage, must be approachable and conscientious.

We also have an aptitude test that will require completing which forms part of the recruitment process.

The hours are as follows.

06.00 to 14.00
14.00 to 22.00

Rotating with overtime available the starting rate will be £8.90 with the upper limit being £9.69 after completion of training, this includes shift pay
