We are currently recruiting for a Insurance/Warranty Administrator to work with one of our clients based in Coleshill.
As a Insurance/Warranty Administrator you will be required to work 37.5 hours week on an ongoing temporary contract.
This role could lead into a fixed term contact or a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
please note you requrie previous experience of working in a warranty/claims role.
please note you will be required to be a driver and have your own transport for this position
Responsibilities of a Insurance/Warranty Administrator:
* Daily contact with the manufacturer loading and retrieving claims
* Resolving queries and problems
* Collecting claim supporting evidence
* Correcting claims and resubmitting
* Maintenance of customer records and warranty details
* Processing a high volume of warranty claims
* Supporting with general administration duties
As a Insurance/Warranty Administrator you will require:
* Previous experience of working in an insurance or warranty/claims role.
* Have good I.T Skills - MS Office
* GCSE in Maths and English
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Details of Insurance/Warranty Administrator :
* Location: Coleshill
* Salary: £10.00 an hour
* Hours: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours a week.
* Contract: temporary-fixed term contract
* Start date: ASAP
