Are you an experienced Facilities Manager/Building Manager who is keen to take on an exciting new role in the New Year?

Do you aspire to head up the FM services to one of Oxford's most prestigious commercial buildings?

I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join one of the UK's leading Building Services companies on a large static site based in Oxford. Standing at around 500,000 Sq Ft, you will be lead and be supported by a small team of engineering managers to ensure a 5* customer service and FM experience is delivered to this high profile building.

Responsibilities:

* Providing daily tenant and client liaison across this site
* Management of hard and soft service contractors on site
* Management of permit to work system
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Management of a service charge budget of around £4 million cumulative
* Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all occupiers

Requirements:

* MBIFM - Member Of BIFM (Desirable but not essential)
* IOSH/ Nebosh qualification
* Strong experience within hard and soft services
* Experience managing teams
* Good level of commercial and operational experience
