My client, a brand-new Independent Fostering Agency, is looking for an individual who is passionate about the fostering community and is ambitious in driving the development of foster care in the UK. You will begin working 3 days a week until the registration process is complete, when it will become a full-time post providing you with the opportunity to be a key decision maker in the IFA's progress.

What are they looking for?

* Prior management experience within the Independent Fostering setting (At least 2 years)
* A proven track record of service development within the fostering industry.
* The ability to think analytically and concisely in regards to a business-plan.
* A passionate and motivated mind-set

What's on offer?

* The financial resources necessary to develop, drive and sustain a service aimed at the development of it's carers' and the children that are placed with them
* £40,000-£50,000 pro rata - which can develop as the IFA grows
* The opportunity to have your say and make key/critical decisions to ensure and maximise growth of the IFA
