Our client is seeking an experienced Demand & Scheduling Administrator to support their busy in Green Park, Reading, Berkshire.
This is an temporary assignment until the end of March 2018.
We are offering up to £10 per hour depending on experience.
The role of the Demand & Scheduling Administrator is to support field managers and schedulers in maintaining accurate field engineer time accounts; this is integral to ensure accurate scheduling of reactive emergency work. User friendly reports are also produced for use by field based managers and schedulers.

Duties of the Demand & Scheduling Administrator will be to:
- Action requests from the business via email, phone and in person based on impact to operational plan (SLA's are met and accuracy of changes).
- Compile and issue reports to enable improved awareness and performance (Reports are delivered on time and accuracy of reports).
- Identify process issues and raise findings with the appropriate manager (Feedback from operational managers).
- Build solid relationships with operational customers to assist in the delivery of the organisations objectives. (Feedback from operational managers. Maintain user records in multiple systems)
- Consistency of data
What skills are we looking for?
Do you have the ability to work as part of a team? Do you have good attention to detail? Then this could be the right role for you. Good written and verbal skills are essential and data entry experience would be advantageous.
You will have strong relationship management skills with colleagues and customers in pursuit of targets are essential.
Experience of working to deadlines and agreed service levels with a customer focused approach would be ideal. Knowledge of Microsoft Office - in particular Excel
