Pertemps Dundee is currently recruiting for cleaners to work for one of the major Public Sector employers between the St Andrews and Cupar areas in Fife.
This is a temporary ongoing assignment where you can work up to 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Ideally the client is looking for candidates available to work 5 days per week Monday to Friday, but they offer flexibility for candidates who can only work 16 hours of less per week.
Usual hours of work will be Monday - Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Rate of pay £8.33 per hour.

Duties:

- Clean allocated areas to a high standard, as delegated by the line manager
- Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe (including bathrooms, communal eating areas and work areas).
- General cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, window cleaning, etc.
- Use cleaning machinery e.g. floor buffer
- Check cleaning stock inventory levels and report this to the line manager as appropriate

All applicants MUST have:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional manner
- A passion for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness

Please note that applicants will be required to provide a full 3 year work history (with references) and apply for/update their PVG at registration prior to commencing work. A PVG update costs £18 and a new PVG costs £59, payable to Disclosure Scotland. Applicants are required to pay for their PVG themselves.
