Electrical Assessor: The essentials.

* Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA)
* A sound track record in Electrical Maintenance and Installation
* Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
* Full UK driving licence and use of own car
* 17th Edition Wiring Regulations

Electrical Assessor: Your experience.

* A sound track record in Electrical Maintenance and Installations
* Minimum 12 months assessing experience
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Maintaining records of learners progress

Electrical Assessor: The desirables.

* Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
* Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA)
* Apprenticeship served

Electrical Assessor: The role.

* The successful applicant will be expected to assist candidates to meet requirements of the Awarding Body.
* To motivate, empower and encourage learners and assess them fairly with the Quality framework of the NVQ programme.
* To assist learners in building their portfolios and evidence audits.
* To Assess Learners in Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Installation and Maintenance in Electrical Qualifications.
* £27,000 per annum
* Very Generous Pension Scheme - 13% paid by the company
* Dental, Optical Healthcare
* Mileage paid from the office - 42p
* Generous Holiday entitlement
* A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required.
