We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Warwick working for an exciting activity centre. This role is to provide first class, friendly and a professional service to customers. Motivated by exceeding performance targets and getting it right the first time for the customer.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week which is rotating shifts between Monday to Sunday 8:30am 20:00pm.

Main duties for Customer Service Advisor:
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills through inbound service calls.
Taking bookings for all Jump In sites across the UK, ensuring the customer gets the best deal.
Handling both service queries and complaints ensuring a swift resolution providing clear explanations and solutions.
Managing inbound emails ensuring customers are contacted within set SLAs.
Have sound product and service knowledge for each individual site and providing the customer with up to date information on their local arena.
Training new staff members and continued support to the team.
Upselling products when the opportunity arises.
Being a point of reference for team member, seen as the knowledge expert in the team.
Role modelling company behaviours always.
Deputising for the Customer Service Team Leader when it requires.
Calling customers back to manage complaints and missed calls.

Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor:
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to listen to the customer and identify their needs, ensuring a swift resolution.
Ability to learn and retain new information, with further site openings and improvements to current offering.
PC-literate and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Good personal organisation and ability to manage own workloads
