Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers and asking them to complete questionnaires and surveys over the phone
You will also be responsible for keeping a detailed record of all information and feedback received

Person Specification

The individual should have a good standard of education and be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.

You will ideally have previous customer service experience
You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written
You will be confident using IT packages such as Microsoft Office

You must be able to speak fluently in Italian
