Finance Administrator

P/T £16,500 pr

Our client a leading manufacturer situated in Harrogate are looking for a Finance Administrator Part Time on an initial 3 Month Fixed Term Contract.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrator experience however previous accounts experience is not essential.

Your role:

Day to day you will be responsible for providing support undertaking various administrative tasks including:

Logging and matching invoices on a daily basis

Chasing Invoices internally and externally

Dealing with supplier chasing letters and invoices without Purchase Orders stated on them

Reconciling and processing all company credit cards

Checking statements at Month End

Aiding with Month End procedures

General administration duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning etc.

Your personal qualities and skills:

You will have a meticulous approach to work

Good attention to detail

Organised

Proactive

Strong IT skill

A team player

Previous experience of working in an office environment is preferred but not essential.

The role is initially 25 hours per week preferably between 12-5pm however this is may be negotiable.

Salary: £16,500 FTE
