We are currently seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, on behalf of a school based in Slough. The Primary School has a Good rating and would be interested in a candidate who is looking for a long term role and pursuing a teaching career. As a Primary Teaching Assistant you will be working one to one with students who need extra help but also working with groups and facilitating classroom activities.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, have very good knowledge of the National Curriculum, be passionate about teaching and possess either a Degree or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning.

Main Duties:
- Supporting pupils in small groups and on a one to one basis
- Supporting all aspects of the UK National Curriculum at KS1 Level
- Supporting students who need additional help
- Setting a good example around the school
- Carrying out daily interventions
- Assisting with core subjects
- Adapting to the individual needs of pupils
- Building a rapport the staff, pupils and parents
