MMP Consultancy are currently working with a reputable and expanding Housing Association to source a Permanent Contract Fire Risk Assessor.

Key Duties will be:

- Assessing risk of housing stock for fire safety matters, conducting surveys.
- Logging data and establishing a report for high and low risk elements
- Ensure the information is utilised to create recommendations on how to be fire safe.
- Manage the contractors workload with regards to specifications of work surrounding fire safety.
- Be a point of liaison for other areas of the business where fire risk may be a concern
- Highlight fire safety legislation and procedures to others within the business where necessary.
- Ensure that the business is running a compliant, safe and effective service.#

- Liaise and work with Fire Authorities.

Candidates will be required to have NEBOSH Fire Safety, Social Housing experience and Fire Risk Assessment experience within housing association

Price / Salary: £44000/annum
