Barker Ross are currently recruiting for Class 2 Drivers for our large Bakery client based in Watnall, Nottingham.
Drivers will be delivering bakery goods to well known Supermarkets and other distribution centres.
You will be working on a weekly rota to include weekend work.
This job is physically demanding with some heavy lifting often involved however all drivers will receive full training on lifting techniques as well as how to use lifting apparatus that will be on the vehicle supplied.
You will have responsibility for a company vehicle, as well as the brand image when delivering to customers.
Day shifts start at 02:00am and Night shifts start at 16:00 - the routes do vary each day.
The ideal candidate will need:
* Valid UK Class 2 driving license with no more than 6 points - No DR or IN codes.
* Driver CPC qualified
* Digi Tachograph
* Excellent customer facing skills
* A history of being reliable, punctual and dependable
* An appreciation and understanding of a multi drop, fast paced environment
PAYE rates vary between £10.00 - £14.00
LTD rates vary between £11.00 - £16.00
