I am looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join a market leading business as senior within their planning function. This position sits in the EMEA head office and will support the S&OP process across all EMEA regions. The supply chain is complex, and the supply chain team is fairly small so you will gain fantastic exposure to all areas of the business as well as across markets outside of the UK.

Reporting in to the Head of Supply and Demand, this role requires someone with a passion for demand planning, the ability to collaborate and develop relationships, and is comfortable in presenting across the board. As part of your development, there may be the opportunity to manage people in the future.

The role will involve;

* Leading the demand planning process for all categories across the EMEA region, driving improvements and best practice

* Maintain statistical analysis in Logility / super user for Logility

* Work collaboratively with marketing, and supply planning, to deliver key milestones within the S&OP for existing and new products

* Present to senior leadership team

* Provide leadership and guidance within the team

We are looking for;

*An experienced demand planner who has prior experience working in a complex and fast paced supply chain

* S&OP process experience

* Previous experience using statistical sales forecasting tools; Logility would be a huge advantage!

* Experience planning accurately to long lead times

* Comfortable presenting to management, and demonstrable experience of influencing and developing relationships with key stakeholders

* Excellent verbal, written, IT and presentation skills

* Good attention to detail

* Leadership capabilities and a fantastic team player
