Compass Resourcing are acting on behalf of our Leeds client who have an exciting opportunity for a Quality professional to join their business.

This well established engineering manufacture make products and components for a host of clients across various sectors, notably the medical sector.

Due to growth in the business, and in part succession planning they are now able to offer this position for an existing Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer to take on an all encompassing quality role across the business.

Maintaining existing and working towards new quality standards, you'll work across the production facility to ensure that exacting quality standards are met, analysing existing processes, conducting root cause analysis and implementing improvements to ensure best practice across the business. There is also a small team of quality inspectors existing within the business.
