Eden Brown is delighted to be supporting a unique organisation that strives to bring the power and emotion of it's art form to as wide a range of audiences as possible with a focus on youth and community work. This national company is embedded within heart of the musical and cultural landscape in Wales and is looking for a Corporate Development Officer to join its team.

Working as part of the wider development team you will be tasked with building and managing corporate relationships in order to maintain and grow the corporate income. You will be required to actively attend industry networking occasions and promote all corporate opportunities on behalf of the organisation. Working with the research team developing and identifying new prospects you will have a really wonderful opportunity to make a real impact by raising income for this wonderful cause.

To be considered for this role you should have experience within either a fundraising or sales environment and demonstrable awareness of the corporate world. Possessing exceptional interpersonal skills, you must be confident networking with a range of audiences and be a strong all round communicator. Although experience working specifically within an arts environment is a desirable element of the person specification, a passion for arts and culture is a real must as you will have the opportunity to submerge yourself within this thriving hub of culture in Cardiff.
