My Client within the Hull Area is currently looking to recruit an Area Team Leader.

The team leader position will involve the following;

- To manager all production lines

- To deliver positive attitude and ensure all shift is followed by all staff and legalisation policies and procedures are followed.

- To maximize products and ensure the manufactory is in line with all site standards.

- To ensure communication is delivered during shifts and to the relevant departments - meetings will be held and you will need to resolve any issues on production

- To ensure shift handovers are dealt with correctly

- To ensure development and training is provided to the correct staff and monitor everybody's attendance with the appropriate action taken.

- Complete all appraisals

- To ensure safe and effective work is carried out during work hours and within the production line

- Complete all Audits within a timely manner

- Complete all KPI's within company procedures for all staff

- To help with recruitment processes

- To ensure all health and safety assessments are in date

- Complete all sickness and holiday requests and staff returns

This will be on a shift rota - so please apply if you are flexible with mornings and evenings.
