THE ROLE
The studio manager plays a key role for the business ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. The role would suit an existing Office Manager who is looking to start a new role in a young and exciting business and interested in staying in the role long term. Previous experience in a design environment would be a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to
Managing of day-to- day office operations. Our client is expanding so the Studio Manager will play a key role in relocations and ensuring those projects run smoothly.
Act as first point of contact, answering telephone calls, enquiries, new business enquiries and welcoming visitors
Responsible for procurement and maintenance of all studio related items. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
Responsible for the health and safety of the studio
Play a key role in our clients induction processes for new starters
Troubleshoot IT matters
Maintain shared diaries
Manage travel and accommodation bookings
Liaising with building managers
Ad hoc project coordination
Coordinate meetings and diaries for the team
Research, plan and execute social events for the team, customers or agents

TO QUALIFY YOU SHOULD :
Have a minimum of two years office management experience.
Have business intelligence and excellent communications skills
Have strong IT skills
Be proactive in the management of your time and prioritizing tasks, taking ownership of your role and developing this within the company
Be able to handle a busy work environment have a positive attitude towards problem solving
Have excellent customer service skills
UK Drivers license
