Kelly Services are a global leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provision (MSP), we are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our in house, talent acquisition team. You can be based anywhere within Europe as the position will be home based. Your role will be to source the best quality candidates for the companies vacancies across the EMEA region.

If you are an individual with advanced experience in Excel we would like speak with you regarding a position we have for a Market Rate Analysis.

The person in this role will be responsible for researching market rates for different customers, by using various software tools to generate Rate Cards. As well as providing insights regarding the market, trends and potential changes in the future.

The Market Rate Analyst will work with various members of the business to develop best strategy, reconciliation, stream lining of reporting capability and setting future direction to meet the Rate Card needs of the business. The role will be based onsite with rapidly growing team in Telford.

Qualified Candidate Profile:

Experience required from any of the following fields, Market research, Business- Coordinator, Analysts, Project Specialist or Recruitment/HR Administrator.

You will need to be an advanced level Excel user

Proficient computer skills-internet, Windows environment, email, MS word.

Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies desirable.

Be able to work in a fast paced environment along with the ability to multitask.

Ability to apply logic and reasoning as appropriate.

Someone who can be a self-driven.
