Salary: £45k - £55k

Are you a Digital Designer with a real passion for delivering stunning concepts and products not just visually but also from a UX/UI perspective? Would you like the opportunity to take responsibility to not only lead individuals in a design department but also lead and own the creative direction of an exciting digital agency? Walter Samuel are working with a passionate and creative digital specialist who want to continue to raise the design bar and are looking for an experience individual to take the lead.

You will have:

* A passion for digital creativity and design. (mobile apps advantageous)
* Unrivalled attention to detail.
* The ability to place yourself in the users mind to create fantastic user experiences.
* A hunger to be involved hands on in the detail.
* Proven leader and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities, will include: -

* Create and implement effective design processes.
* Research and stay up to date with the latest standards, ideas and technology.
* Lead the design team and take ownership of all things creative.
* Help grow, mentor and develop the design team.

Price / Salary: £45000 - £55000/annum
