My client is a well-established ecological consultancy with offices throughout England and Wales employing over 500 staff. This client supplies environmental and agricultural consultancy to a range of clients from both private and public sector and have become a recognised leader in the agricultural, environmental and rural sectors. This company pride themselves on their ethical service as renowned for achieving sensitive and sustainable results and are looking for Seasonal Ecologists to help carry on the good work during this busy season.

Requirements

* Relevant degree e.g. Biology, Ecology or a related environmental discipline
* At least 2 seasons survey experience
* Experience in conducting protected species and Phase 1 Habitat surveys
* Ability to gather and interpret data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving license and vehicle
* Proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities

* Manage wildlife conservation
* Carrying out field work - surveying and recording
* Researching the impact of human activity
* Ability to work independently
* Liaising with sub-consultants and office
* Report writing
