Our Client, a Franchised Main Car Dealership in the West Midlands area, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional General Car Sales Manager to manage their busy Car Sales Department.

Responsible for a new/used Car Sales team and support staff, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate to our client:

- An outstanding Vehicle Sales record and be highly organised.
- An extremely strong focused and experienced individual capable of controlling an extremely busy site.
- Managing effectively the mix of used cars based on sales trends and local market intelligence.
- The ability to maintain standards of performance of the Car Sales team through effective coaching and performance management.

In order to be eligible for this role you will have a strong Franchise Car Sales background and be in a Car Sales Management position at present.

This role is based in the West Midlands area and as such you must be within a sensible commuting distance of this area.
