My Client are operational in build, industrial, fit out, major works, small works and very small works across the country,

They are looking for a site manager to join their team who are capable and happy of managing a site but also happy of working on the tools when it is quiet or when they are working on a smaller job.

The client work on project values from £50k up to £16 million but they are would consider applicants who have worked on project values from £400k upwards.

The Role will involve:

Implementing and controlling all H&S
Managing the programme of works
Managing all directly employed trades and subcontractors
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Working on the tools when quiet in between jobs or when they are working on a smaller job

The ideal Candidate will:

Have SMSTS or SSSTS
Come from either a joinery or bricklaying background
Have managed sites before
Be happy to work on the toools when required
Be happy to work away (most of the time you wont but there needs to be an acceptance that you could)
Be able to provide references
Have experience in construction/fit out/ refurbs
