Valley education are pleased to announce that we are looking to recruit a Drama Teacher for the Newport area.
We have long and short term positions available.

Suitable candidates must hold a qualified teacher status (QTS) and have the ability to teach up to the key stage 5 (KS5) level.
We welcome both experienced applicants as well as newly qualified (NQTs) candidates to the role and both are welcome to register for work.

The Role
- To plan, prepare and to deliver your chosen specialism in line with the school curriculum.
- To motivate and inspire the pupils within the classroom to achieve knowledge.
- To manage the class within the school policy guidelines.
- To record each pupils development journey and meet the requirements of the assessment and learning exam board.
- To have willingness to promote learning within the classroom
- To remain up to date with educational developments and changes whilst undertaking the role.
- To liaise with other staff members, SMT and parents alike in the development of the pupils.
