If you're a hard working, motivated person looking for your next challenge, then this is a fantastic opportunity. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre you'll be working with a team of dynamic and friendly people in a fast paced environment: no two days in this job will be the same!

We're looking for people who are passionate about delivering an unrivalled customer service, and enjoy a varied workload. You'll be working on a campaign for HSBC, so you'll need to be able to quickly adapt. If you enjoy communicating with people both on the phone and via email, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you, and we'd like to speak to you!

You'll also receive 1 week's training before you start live on the phones. Our client believes in investing time into their staff and although the role is initially to cover an 4-6 week contract there may be potential for progression for the right candidate.

As an ideal candidate, you will:

* Be confident in your use of computers and systems
* Have experience in customer service, ideally contact centre or face to face and have knowledge in customer care, query handling and problem solving
* Have an impeccable telephone manner
* Be able to work well within a team
* Be flexible in regards to the working hours
* Be willing to learn and progress as the company is constantly taking on new business and evolving. (This also means that there's loads of room for you to progress and move up!)

This role would suit candidates who have worekd in retail, sales,face to face customer service role as well as on the phone, also students who are availble to do full time hours for 4-6 weeks

Rates of Pay £7.50 per hour with various shifts including evenings and weekends.
