After School Care Manager
2 Hours per Day - 3.30pm - 5.30pm nr Bishop's Stortford

In their search for an After School Care Manager, I am delighted to represent an academically successful, school which celebrates the joy of learning in a caring and safe environment rich with opportunities. Their children are intellectually curious, intrinsically motivated, ambitious to do their best and excited about the world around them.

They have a single form entry throughout the school and exceptional staff:pupil ratio from age 2-11 enables each child to be known and understood in a way that promotes their ability to find their talents, gifts and abilities whilst supporting any areas of challenge.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or Childhood Studies and have experience of:

- Supervising and promoting orderly behaviour
- Creating fun and engaging creative projects
- Ensuring the safety of the children
- Attending to minor accidents
- Helping children resolve disputes
- Organising and supervising activities
- Engaging with pupils through play and activities
