Dispatch Supervisors X2 (Day Shift and Night Shift available)

Two exciting opportunities have become available for Dispatch Supervisors working within a market leading production company of fresh produce. Our client will offer a rewarding career in a dynamic, challenging environment and are a leading, global company within their industry. They currently seek two competent Supervisors to oversee the dock and picking teams, ensuring that all goods are dispatched on time adhering to hygiene, health and safety and quality standards. One day shift role and one night shift role available!

Job Accountabilities:

To ensure a high standard of accuracy is maintained and all orders are dispatched on time to the correct customer and their depots, whilst actively overseeing the performance of pickers.
Oversee and maintain a safe working environment and follow safe working practices and adhere to hygiene regulations.
Adhere to the companys quality policy
To oversee the pick team ensuring pick targets are maintained and improved, minimising picking errors.
To assist the team with the management of all customer equipment
To make sure all trays have the correct pallet labels and box ends, also ensure all SSCC labels are correctly applied.
Productivity and Planning: Ensure plans are followed and any amendments are reported to Transport & Dispatch manager.
Ensure booking references are followed and correct and carry out any additional Administration duties

To be considered for this position you will;

Have strong supervisory and leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Administrative skills
IT literate
Ideally you will have come from a production, warehouse environment.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Shift: Day Shift Supervisor - Wednesday - Saturday 7am - 7pm
Night Shift Supervisor - Wednesday - Saturday 6pm - 6am
