Are you an experienced Branch Manager with exposure to the industrial and warehouse recruitment sector interested in joining a company who can provide you with true career progression to senior management?

Our client are an independently owned national agency, with a specialism in A-Z and on-site recruitment within the industrial and warehousing sectors, covering both food production ad logistics warehousing. With a small branch already established in Salford, our client are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the current staff and client base and also develop business streams for Manchester and the surrounds further, spearheading all business development activity.

The Senior Branch Manager will have operational responsibility for all A-Z recruitment activity from Salford as well as overseeing a few smaller on-site clients from the branch and working alongside the senior management team on strategic business development activities.

All applicants must have experience of managing a team within industrial recruitment, and have an awareness of the local client market within the industrial sector. Alongside bringing client business into the branch, the Branch Manager will be expected to operationally manage both Recruitment Consultants and Account Coordinators so experience of staff management and development is essential.

Due to the client facing nature of the role all applicants must have a valid driver's licence and be able to travel to client site as needed
