Were recruiting for an Administrator to join a successful supplier of interior design supplies, based in St Albans.
Working in a friendly and supportive office of 4, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls, assisting with email enquiries and processing customer orders. The company offer a secure and stable environment and encourage openness within the team.
To be considered for the role, you will need clear communication skills with a personable approach and a good level of literacy and numeracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering all incoming phone calls, dealing with or transferring as required
Responding to email enquiries
Processing customer orders, working to daily deadlines
Booking delivery requirements
Liaising with the warehouses to check on stock and follow up orders
Problem solving
Person Specific:
Experience within a customer service or administration role, either in office, retail or hospitality
Computer literate with a good level of accuracy
Clear and confident communication skills
Good attention to detail
Team player
Good numeracy abilities
Driver with own vehicle (essential due to location)
Salary: £17k - £19k, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
