Architectural Technician - Residential/Housing

Coventry

Salary up to £42,000 + Package (DOE)

My Client is a National Housing Developer that is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their innovative team. The role will be based within the Coventry area.

The Design & Technical teams are involved in all aspects of housing design and innovation.

* Primarily involved in producing detailed high quality feasibility layouts promptly for the Land department and producing AutoCad plans for negotiating detailed planning consents.
* Site evaluation.
* Architectural and engineering design.
* Investigation of technical problems encountered and provision of economical viable solutions.
* Ensure that technical department procedures, layouts and technical reports for land appraisal and required working drawings are delivered to the agreed date schedule.

The Candidate

Ideally you will have prior experience of working on residential projects, preferably within the housing sector, though an excellent technical knowledge displayed on projects of any kind will be welcomed.

As the ideal candidate you will be highly proficient in AutoCAD

In this role you will work side by side with the Technical Manager.
