An established national house builder are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a project in North Hampshire. The company have exciting plans in place as this established region of a major house builder continues to expand, fresh off the back of recent success in the NHBC awards.

As Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for coordinating daily site activity and ensuring the project is kept on program, ensuring safe working practices on site, resolving construction related issues and managing quality assurance throughout the development. In addition to line managing your experienced Assistant Site Manager, you will also chair various progress meetings and liaise closely with a supportive Contracts Manager.

The development is a mix of traditional build houses and apartments, with the current phase due to finish in the new year. There will then be further phases to run concurrently, with a number of years left on this particular project.

Prior volume build management experience will be essential. While this is one of the smaller projects for the region with around 18 months left, they are producing multi-year projects of up to 300 units.

There are a number of future projects in planning due to kick off next year, and realistic opportunities for progression to a Project or Contracts Manager role in the medium term.

In return, you could expect a salary of up to £65,000 with a company car or allowance, excellent training, 25 days holiday, a contributory pension, healthcare options and realistic opportunities for progression. There is also an enticing incentive scheme in place to reward success.
