Office Coordinator Role, Leading Care Provider, Various Locations, up to £21,000!

They are looking for numerous Office Coordinators to join their successful teams across various locations in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading care providers in the UK.
The main responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
* Using 'Coldhabour' to manage the allocation of care staff
* Template rotas in advance
* Data entry
* General admin work
* Map out routes for care staff
Successful candidates MUST possess the following:
* Experience using 'Coldhabour'
* Experience managing rotas
* An ability to work proactively
* Experience in a busy office environment
* A driven and enthusiastic attitude
This role will require you to work 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday! You will also be required to be 'on call' one early morning and one evening per week & occasionally over the weekend.
In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £21,000 (based on experience).
