Our client are based on site with a major organisation within the defense sector. Due to continued growth and expansion, they have an urgent requirement for an Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technician to join the team.

A minimum requirement for this role is SC Accreditation.

The role will require the following competencies:

Mobile Device Management (MDM/EMM)
MobileIron
BES10
Experience as Junior Platform administrator
Experience of infrastructure maintenance supported by a remote expert
Ticket management on Remedy and managing and respecting SLA
Technical skills
BES10/BES12/GOOD, MobileIron
MS SQL

Réseaux TCP/IP (flux, protocols)

The successful candidate will also be in charge of the end users support on the smart phones
