37.5 hours per week

A highly reputable Telford business has a temporary contract role available for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to support with a period of cover, anticipated to last for around 3 months.

As 1st Line IT Support Technician you will be:

Supporting IT users with a variety of issues
Assisting with scheduled and reactive issued throughout the day
Assisting in Software installs and fixes
Diagnose user problems as methodically and efficiently as possible
Assisting with and server maintenance and cloud computing issues as necessary

You will have a proven track record working in IT helpdesk support role and have experience and knowledge of working with VMware and SCCM. You will be available for an immediate start. Own transport is essential owing to the sites location.
