The Company:
Our client is a buzzing provider of high-end merchandise products.

Main duties:
Providing sales and administrative support as well as winning new business.

The Role:
- Supporting the Account Managers
- Contacting suppliers to obtain quotes and order samples
- Tracing orders and making sure they are delivered on time
- Liaising with artists and the Creative Team and submit specifications
- Dealing with customer complaints
- On the sales side, you will identify new prospects
- Help develop a sales and marketing strategy
- Liaise with the Purchasing Team
- Invoicing and Credit control tasks

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Commercial experience is essential
- Drive to exceed expectations
- Understanding of Merchandising, Marketing or similar is a bonus
- Strong Sales co-ordination or Administration experience
- Resilient and enthusiastic
- Effective communicator
- Comfortable to juggle different tasks at the same time
- Good MS Office skills

Salary:
£18000 - 21,000 p.a. DOE + benefits
