The Role

As a HR Advisor, you'll help develop and deliver a bespoke Human Resources plan to support the brand new facility. Your role will be approximately 50% employee relations work, 25% coaching/training for line managers, 25% line management of employees.

You

To succeed in this role of HR Advisor you'll need to have experience of a similar ER focused role, be of graduate calibre and have previous experience in employee relations along with experience in case management.
