Hertfordshire - Test Development Engineer - £30K-£40K

My client manufactures a comprehensive range of test equipment from simple test boxes used by sub contract manufacturers to stand alone high specification test racks and systems used in the aerospace and defence industries. You will be responsible for the technical lead of both projects and engineers.

Main Duties:
- Meeting with customers and project engineers to clarify requirements and meet specifications
- Assist with quotes and proposals
- Lead projects technically
- Generate electrical / electronics design specifications

Skills and Experience Required:
- 5 years of industry experience
- Experience designing test equipment
- Experience designing both digital and analogue circuits
- Altium or any other electrical CAD software
- PCB Design, Harness Design, Power Distribution Design, Safety Circuitry Design, Technical Documentation
