Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
Are you a multi skilled engineer looking to progress within the job role at a fast paced well respected company? Look no further as this could be the job role for you! My client being a leading service provider in construction maintenance is looking for immediate candidates to join their team for a couple of days next week and then a weeks work after that.

With the Christmas period upon us, engineers take the last of their holiday and there are a lot of temporary vacancies in the market. If you are looking for temporary work then this is the right role as there is a constant flow of temporary work leading up to the Christmas period.

The Site: Where will you be working? The engineer will be working at a site 5 minutes from Hayes and Harlington station.

Work Hours Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

Salary: £17 per hour

Responsibilities and duties
PPM and reactive maintenance
Fault finding and competent to rectify
Emergency lighting, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, Water treatment
Regular fire alarm testing and drills. Ensuring the fire equipment is in working order and updating the fire alarm log book
Liaise with management regarding health and safety procedures/issues, ongoing repairs and faults, maintenance and building services.

Requirements
Minimum C&G level/NVQ 3 Electrical or Mechanical
17th edition
C&G level 1 and 2 installation 2365
Experience in commercial building services
Must be competent in both types of job role
General maintenance experience
Time served in an apprenticeship is an advantage
