An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Inbound / Outbound Operations Associate to join Neovia Logistics based in Bournemouth. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £17K per annum.

Neovia Logistics provides fully integrated supply chain solutions that incorporate information technology, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory management and product support to a variety of different clients based throughout the UK.

The Inbound / Outbound Operations Associate will report to the Operations Team Lead and will be responsible for processing all outbound customer units and providing support to inbound when required, following quality and safety standards at all times.

The Inbound / Outbound Operations Associates role will involve:

* Unpacking of all inbound units received from external sources
* Working in line with standard procedures to ensure 100% quality of units processed through inbound
* Working to achieve departmental and personal targets whilst maintaining quality standards
* Maintaining 5S in work area
* Packing of all outbound units
* Working in line with standard procedures to ensure 100% quality of units processed through outbound
* Reconciliation of paperwork to units for shipment
* Preventing any escapes due to poor packaging / incorrect paperwork

The successful Inbound / Outbound Operations Associate will:

* Have a keen eye for detail
* Be reliable and punctual
* Be able to multi-task

The hours of work are based on rotating shifts (after training), 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00. Applicants must be flexible with working times i.e. month ends, AOGs, etc. which will be discussed in advance.
