First Personnel are currently recruiting for Order Pickers & Stores Operatives to work at a very popular and busy Supermarket in Birmingham.

You must be able to work in a fast paced and chilled environment whilst meeting strict deadlines.

This is a Full Time, Temporary to Permanent position and includes weekend work. The Pay Rate is 7.50 per hour and a 40 hour working week.

Responsibilities:

* To order pick items from the Warehouse in accordance with the order sheet.
* Work in a fast paced environment and meet targets.
* Ensure stock levels in the Chillers and Freezers are maintained and replenish where necessary.
* Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Assist customers with their shopping needs
* Maintain professionalism at all times.

Experience:

* Must be able to speak, read and write English to a good standard.
* Must be physically fit.
* Must have previous Warehouse or Order Picking experience.
* Must be able to work in cold temperatures.
* Must be reliable and punctual.
* Must be able to work individually and within a team.

Price / Salary: 7.50 per hour
