Award winning recruitment Company Templine are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our Client on a temporary basis to cover maternity in Ashby de la Zouch.
For the role of Sales Administrator, you will need to have good Customer Service skills, be able to work quickly and accurately and have an excellent telephone manner.
You will need to have good interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build a rapport quickly and easily over the phone with Customers.
Duties will include;
* Managing customer orders via the telephone, email and fax
* Processing orders through the internal IT system and liaising with the Warehouse team
* Handling Customer enquiries regarding products and prices via the phone and email
* Liaising with the service department on the servicing and repair of systems
* General office duties
Previous experience within a similar role is preferred.
Job details;
* Maternity cover, minimum 6 months
* Monday to Friday 8am 5.30pm
* £19,000 per annum
* Free parking
