Due to continued expansion across the business, a world leader in the manufacture of white goods are recruiting inbound customer service advisors for their modern customer contact centre based in Whiston, Merseyside.

On a daily basis this will involve working with a talented and established team to field inbound calls from customers to internal enginneers, identifying customer needs and services and contributing to the smooth running of an efficient and dynamic contact centre as below :

* Taking inbound calls from customers, retailers and engineers
* troubleshooting faults in a clear manner
* resolving customer queries on the first call, where possible
* Order parts
* Communicate both in writing and over the phone with customers and other internal departments
* identify customers needs and additional services which may benefit them
* Sell products which will help customer eg: cleaning packs

To perform this exciting role you will ideally :

* thrive on delivering customer satisfaction
* have demonstratable experience in a contact centre environment or handling inbound calls
* have a strong background in customer service
* possess an excellent telephone manner
* have excellent commu8nication skills, written and spoken
* enjoy working as a team player
