Are you looking for a new role in Customer Service within a supportive, well established company?

Our client in South Bristol are currently in need of excellent Customer Service Representatives for a temporary assignment of 6 months initially.

This is a demanding and fast-paced role where you will receive the appropriate training and development to be able to deal with customer queries effectively and efficiently.

Candidate Specification:

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals who are keen to provide outstanding customer service, have good attention to detail and want to ensure that the company maintains an excellent reputation.

Ideally we are looking for candidates who:

* Have previous experience delivering excellent customer service
* Hold strong Communication skills
* Have the ability to work as a part of a team positive outlook and high energy!
* Are PC Literate including outlook and office
* Show enthusiasm, commitment and dedication

You will be working with an experienced set of Line Managers and colleagues who will provide support as and when it is needed. Continued professional development is actively encouraged.

The rate for this role is £8.00 per hour. Working hours are 8.00am 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
