We have this opportunity based in Derby for a responsible, reliable individual to join our team. In this role you will support different aspects of the paint process including, data collection and stock taking. You will be responsible for the following;

* Maintain databases and IT systems
* Develop new, evaluate and improve current data collection and analysis methods
* Provide weekly process report to Account Manager and Paint Shop Manufacturing Manager, detailing performance and material status
* Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and analysis
* Collation, analysis and presentation of all relevant technical data measurements
* Develop and prepare management/technical presentations for supplier reviews, training, new product introduction and processes etc.
* Populate KPI charts
* Attend paint shop meetings
* Graphing and analyzing agreed KPIs
* Highlight concerns and issues
* Using production plan generate Job list for Paint Technician and order raw materials required to manufacture materials on job list
* Liase with site services for unloading of deliveries
* Regular stock takes of mixed and raw materials
* Stock planning of Colours bulk mix or local
* Supervisor of Paint mix technicians

Additionally, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:

* Computer knowledge, specifically Excel
* Health & safety, job instructions, risk assessments etc.
* Some experience of data analysis and quality control
* Experience with paint
